Spinach-Stuffed Steak

For the Stuffing

1 (10-1/2-ounce) package frozen spinach

1/2 medium onion, chopped fine

5 mushrooms, sliced (optional)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 scallions, chopped

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 cup cooked rice

1 teaspoon dill

1 tablespoon parsley flakes

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1 egg

For the Steak

1 round steak (approximately 2 pounds) with a pocket cut

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Dash of salt

Dash of pepper

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Dash of Tabasco sauce
